ARCANUM provides software tools for market analysis and algorithmic trading. We are not financial advisors, investment managers, or a registered broker-dealer. The signals and data provided by our software are for informational and educational purposes only.
You acknowledge that any trading decisions you make are your own responsibility and that you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCANUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
